"Capacity Building for Sustainable Land Management (SLM) in Bulgaria". Direct contract from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP-project) (February 2006-April 2006)
Target groups: SLM stakeholder on national, regional, local level; multiplicators and consultants, research organisations, NGOs
Participating countries: Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland
Number of participants: 3 (without trained stakeholders)
Training activities:
- 2-days training of the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Water
- 5-days SLM-multistakeholder-workshop for national and regional authorities, municipalities, multiplicators and consultancies, research organisations and NGOs
- 3-days SLM-workshop with local stakeholders of the regions Kardjali and Smolyan
Training of collegues at ttz Bremerhaven
Internal training in „strategic topics “ and in „tools for project manager“ (2003-2006)
- Interlinking the thematic priorities “food quality and –safety/taste” and “energy- and water management” with the new developed priority “sustainable land management”.
- Putting into relation technical- and land-cover-changing solution-strategies for societal problems related to climate change/CO2 reduction, water purification, flood management, energy production, and food quality and -safety.
- Project management of European projects (FP6/FP7): European instruments; proposal writing; financial management/budgeting; controlling; auditing.
